I had that done first. It does help many, not all unfortunately. Should you have adneomyosis you won't get any help from the ablation, it won't help for that.

When I was in my 20s I was told by my doc he thought I had adneomyosis but said since I wanted children I should wait because the only cure for it is removing the uterus. My GYN told me after my hysterectomy and before the results came back she was 95% sure that's what we find. Pathology confirmed it.
