Not doing so good and it is only the first day. If we could do this diet, we wouldn't need surgery. I realize it is for my own good so th surgery will go well. Just need some encouragement.
I know how u feel and was exactly the same 3 weeks ago! It does get easier and the hunger pains do go away! Its hard and theres so much temptation but i stuck 2 it and lost 20lb :D
