Okay folks, what's the name of that fiber that vanishes into whatever you're drinking?

And, can it be used in hot coffee?

Miralax?  I dissolve a capful in my coffee every morning.  (Actually I use the store brand or Costco brand, much cheaper.)

Miralax is more of a laxative.
benefiber is the "invisible" and non-taste fiber. (although I often use two packets.)... It comes in a Green Box and is called something like Benefiber Clear or Natural.

Good luck!
Warmly,
Jackie

Benefiber, and you can put it in any beverage except carbonated ones.  I've been putting two in tall blender bottle with a crystal light for a long time now, but I wonder if it really does any good.
