I've been bad about getting on and listing my food - my computer is running so slowly!
I've quit losing, BUT, I'm not gaining! I'm still scared to death. I see my eating volume creeping up at times.
Today:
b: coffee x 2 with splenda and coffee mate; biscuit with ham
l: chicken, okra, cabbage and pear cake
s: coffee and then yogurt with granola
d: pending - likely 1/2 turkey sandwich
