Havent been on so dont know if the thread is still going....todays eats.
B. protein shake
S. 3 oz anti pasta
L. 4 oz beef, broccoli
D. pasta and sauce
S. protein shake
S. cinnamon roll my son made :)

Hi Maria - thanks for starting the post:

I've been bad about getting on and listing my food - my computer is running so slowly!

I've quit losing, BUT, I'm not gaining!  I'm still scared to death.  I see my eating volume creeping up at times.

Today:

b:  coffee x 2 with splenda and coffee mate; biscuit with ham
l:  chicken, okra, cabbage and pear cake
s:  coffee and then yogurt with granola
d:  pending - likely 1/2 turkey sandwich

B Joseph's pita with fat free cheese, egg white

L  Baked potato (insides removed to 1/4 ") then Promise ff butter, ff cheese, ff sour cream

Love this

S: 1/2 cup yogurt

D: Protein of some kind
