 THANKS, I have been struggling with regain lately and felt the need to post pics as it ALWAYS seems to help me to remember how far I've come and get back on track.

I have a regain of 7-9 lbs. and I hate it!Iv'e been trying to get back on track too, not always easy but possible. Maybe we can encourage each other! I'm 3 yrs. out from RNY.

AWESOME! Which cruise line did you go on?  We are thinking about taking a cruise next summer.

 Holland America to Bermuda.  I have also been on NCL and Royal Carribeean.

Will this be your first cruise?

Yeah, I first mentioned I wanted to go on one to my hubby twenty years ago, but he was active duty Navy so he wasn't keen.  He wanted to do sandals which didn't appeal to me.

Now we are looking at cruises and are taking our 14 year old son.  Well he'll be 15 when we go.  I like the idea of Bermuda.
