Newbie

Hello everyone, 

I'm new to the boards and just wanted to say hi!

I'm scheduled for RNY surgery 8 Dec. Didn't have to wait long. From the time I received the consult from my primary physican to Tricare approval...about 2 months. Not long at all.Pretty freaked out as I've never had surgery before, but am looking forward to a new life without all these illnesses. it was recommended I find a good support group and this website was listed in my doctor's patient guide. This site has so much information and I'm really glad to have found it.
