Does anyone know if Oolong tea is okay to drink after WLS. I heard it was okay but I want feedback from other WLS patients, I love the stuff but would rather be healthy than hurting myself for a cup of tea!

I've used herbal teas to help for constipation, but I'm not familiar with that specific tea. The ones I used had peppermint, licorice root, and several other components.  Other than having small amounts of caffeine, I don't really think tea can harm you.  But again, I don't know what's in that specific tea. Hi,

I love oolong tea. I don't know if there is any harm after a procedure. My suggestion is contact your surgeon and/or the manufacture.

Good luck!!!

I have a cup of Oolong tea everyday. No problems at all. Enjoy your tea.

Oolong is perfectly fine, nothing to worry about, it's just black tea that has been dried using a different technique to change the flavor but nothing unnatural or har****'s delicious, my fave is an osmanthus oolong blend.
