Hello
Been a long time since I have been on here! I am almost 11 months out of surgery! As of my last appt with the surgeon's office on October 10Th, I am down 141 lbs. My next one is not til January. But I broke down and have decided to get myself a scale. Even though I did not plan to but I am. With having to wait til the next appts, I figured this way I can keep a general idea where I am at this time. It's been a wild ride getting this far, but worth the accomplishment I am getting. would like to know how my OH friends are doing.
