Marginal Ulcer?????

For about a week I have had some pretty intense pain in my pouch area.  Burning would better describe it.  Christmas Eve I had a VERY INTENSE DUMP.  I shook violently, and pain radiated from my pouch out to my entire body.  It lasted nearly 2 hours.  I had not eaten ANYTHING that would cause me to dump.  I did have a glass of wine and some cheese, but that has never bothered me before.
My pouch burns no matter what I eat or drink and it even burns when it is empty.  Does this sound like a marginal ulcer????
I have a call into my surgeons office, but they are short staffed so I am playing the wait game.

Not sure if you can have a marginal ulcer. You either have one or you don't.  Burning would make me think ulcer.
