10+ years post op.. just read my old profile

WOW... I cannot believe how far I've come since 2001.. Reading my old profile is encouraging me even more. Thanks to Kathy S for finding it. It's like reading a book.. I can't believe all the wonderful support I've had on here through the years.

Times have certainly changed as I'm currently 56 years old, divorced and my baby is 24 yrs old and in graduate school. The weight loss did NOT cause my divorce. He is a still a wonderful man and we remain great friends.

I hope I can encourage the newbies.. It can happen to you... Someday you'll be 10 years post-op too.... WOW.. WOW.. WOW
