re is an idea to improve protein shakes

I read on the internet how a lady improved the flavor or protein shakes by adding a little fat free-sugar free pudding to the dry mix. I bought some to try and i really like it. I bought banana pudding and added it to Body Fortress Vanilla. You dont need much and it only adds about 15 calories. It does add siome texture and thickness which is lacking in protein shakes. This was a great idea. I cant wait to try chocolate, butterscotch etc...

Thanks for the idea! I'll try it!

I like adding SF syrups, too.
