Google the pouch rules for dummies.
Its the best thing I did. I revauated things and what I was doing wrong and started doing right.
You cant go back all you can do is forgive and be aware and move from here.
Be kind to yourself forgive and get back up and move foward.
Since mid Jan Ive lost 20 lbs just doing that.

The tool is still there, you hac=ve to use it, get back to the basics.

 Try going vegan and raw.  Start juicing with green vegetables like Kale, Cucumbers and beets.  Go to Whole foods and try it.  Maybe take out coffee out of your diet if you're drinking it.  Look at all the things you're eating you could have food sensitivities.  Best of luck to you.

And one of the easiest rules..5-5-5.... read labels.  If a serving size has more than 5 grams sugar or 5 grams fat, don't buy it.  If it has more than 5 grams protein, it's something you can have.
