Onederland... I finally made it!

I haven't lost much weight in the past couple of months.  I discovered my sleeping pill was causing me to eat at night.  I didn't believe it for a long time, but eventually had to accept it was true.  Also, as it does for most people, my loss slowed down.  But I was beginning to think I'd never make it to "Onederland."  This morning I woke up at 199 pounds.  That's the first time I've been under 200 in 25 years.  Yay me!

Several years ago I saw an endocrinologist who told me that if I ever expected to be under 200 pounds I was unrealistic and in denial.  Look at me now.  :)

congrats! 93 more pounds til im there myself.

when i had my psych eval the psychiatrist told me not to expect to lose more than 60-75 pounds in total after surgery, that i was "just so large" that it was unrealistic for me to expect to ever be normal.
