Had my 1 month appointment today. I was down another 9.5 pounds for a total of 23 pounds lost since surgery. Time to go off and update my ticker. WOOT WOOT!!

You have made me feel so much better. I have been so discouraged thinking that I'm not losing as much as others I've read about. I'm 1 month post op and will have my f/u appt next Tuesday and will be just about at the same rate of loss as you. It's so helpful to see I'm not alone and that this is normal and healthy weight loss. Keep up the good work!!
