Surgery Yesterday

I had rny and hernia repair yesterday @ Vanderbilt Medical Center.  I am doing great!  I have to say that Dr Ronald Clements and his team have taken very good care of me.  I have had basically no  pain, just a little sore.  Have walked the halls several times. Will go home this afternoon with no stitches, wires or tubes.   Yay!  It has been so helpful to have this website for support over the past six months.  I am basically a stalker just reading what everyone posts.  Such good information.  Thanks, everyone!

Congrats!!  Glad that everything went good and that you feeling alright. 

I was a patient of Dr. Clements but after much research , I decided on a different surgery that Dr.Clements does not perform. I really liked Dr.Clements and had complete trust in him.  I too, am a lurker, but wanted to say Congratulations and warm wishes for a speedy, uneventful recovery.
