5 days post op

 I had a revision of RNY done laporscopic on Monday. I am having a good amount of pain under my left rib cage. Is this normal?  I am only taking Tylenol for pain cause I don't like how pain meds drag me out.
However, on a good note, they were albe to leave my pouch bigger than normal cause it had stretched over time. Haven't thrown up once since the surgery.
