My surgical center had a message on their site on Wed. that the sleeve is now covered by Medicare. This may be old news to some. But I had the DS on 9/11/12 which was my surgery of choice, and the sleeve was not covered by medicare at that time.
That's great news! Most insurance ofgten follow Medicare guidelines so it is only a matter of time before the sleeve is covered by the major insurance co!
