10 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone. I am just posting to let everyone know I am still around (just not as round****lebrated my 10 year anniversary of my roux en y surgery yesterday. It has made such a difference in my life. Have I kept off all the weight? I hate to admit it, but no. I have gained some back the last couple of years. I blame a lot of it on my job of sitting, on my bad knees, and my bursitis in my hips, but mostly on myself. I have kept most of the weight off though and plan on getting these pounds I've put on off. I am still more than 100 pounds lighters. I am overweight, but am not morbidly obese. I can shop for clothes in the regular womens section still which I at on time thought I would never do again. I wish the best to all of you who have recently had surgery, getting ready to have surgery, or just thinking about having the surgery. I hope you all have as much success as I have had.
