I am reading Al Roker's book...

I think everyone struggling with weight, or who knows someone struggling with weight, needs to read chapter 12. It is titled, "The best advice is no advice" and it touches on a lot of the "to tell or not to tell" conversations we have here.

I too am reading this book and thought at first, can I relate to a mans journey and yes I sure can!  A lot of the experiences are similar and the journey is familiar.  I am in awe of his tenacity to run races, something I am just getting in to.  I am running/walking my first 5k in a couple of weeks.  I would recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with their loss.

I was thinking about getting it.  Does it have any recipes in it?

Kindle is very dangerous to the budget - I just read this thread a few minutes ago, now I own the ebook!  Luckily, I think this one looks like it's worth the impulse spend.  ;)
