Multi Vito's and calcium

I am 2 1/2 weeks post op and i am supposed to be drinking the celebrate ENS I think they call it. The protein and vitamin all in one from celebrate. It makes me so nauseous. I need to switch to a chewable multi vitamin and we have Walgreens or cvs here. I forget what brand I need to get for 200% in 2 X a day. Centrum? Chewable for women? Does it meet the requirements? I have unjury for protein supplement. Is a chewable calcium available at either Walgreens or cvs? I didn't expect nausea and am unprepared. I also have two tubs of this celebrate. Where can i unload it? Please give advice. Thanks.

Yes Centrum, I bought another kind and when I went home and copared the Centrum had 5 more minerals not the same. The calcium I was told to take is Cttracel 1200 crushable. I have not started these yet. I will not use the store replacements again unless I do research.
