What does it mean when someone says the food goes thru there sleeve? Does that mean it comes out where the staples were? Where does it go??

It means that the food goes on thru the stomach too easily and isn't filling like say a solid protein is. Things like cookies, candy basically junk food just go right thru, that is why you need good healthy food.

I think they mean it leaves the sleeve and goes into the small intestine, where it's supposed to go.  If the food is coming out where the staples are, it would be floating around in the abdominal cavity and that's very dangerous.  They would need immediate surgery to prevent death.  But that is a very very rare complication.
