Ticker/Widget Problem

I've updated my weight but it doesn't show the lower weight on my ticker. I entered a start weight of 343 per my Doc's office but it was actually 345 when i started the Optifast pre-op diet. I couldn't change it so i left it at 343. My current weight is 313 but it still says i lost 26 lbs, it should say i lost 30 (actually 32). I've done a search, one post said to refresh with control/F5. Did that, no change. One post said to make the change when you're on the "body" tab. Yes, did that, not change. What am i doing wrong?

When updating your weight, enter the new weight on the date you want and click anywhere on the page. You should see "updating data" in the lower right hand corner.

If this does not work, email the info above to [email protected] and they will fix it for you.
