still problems 10 years post op

Anyone here past 8 years post op? Ive had nothing but problems with my surgery but was something new is going on... anyone have constant blood in their stool? No constipation. Any ideas?

I'm 10 years out, but I had the DS rather than the RNY. Have you talked to your doctor about the blood in your stool? That is NOT good! Is it bright blood, or dark blood? If it's bright, perhaps you have a hemroid. If it's dark, that mans it's coming from further up your digestive tract.

Call your doctor NOW.

That may have absolutely nothing to do with your WLS, but it is a serious concern. See your doctor ASAP.

Mine was due to running and called exercise/running induced ischemia.  It took awhile for us to figure it out.
