I have been doing purée for three day and any ideas for purée food would be greatly appreciated.

I used my favorite Riviera soup (minestrone) and found others that pureed well.  It just changes the appearance, not the flavor.  Add plain unflavored protein powder--after heating!  I personally found I couldn't eat clam chowder, not just because of too much potato and flour in the recipe, but most other soups worked well.  You're only eating about 1/3 of a can anyway, so you'll at least have 3 meals out of one!

  1. Thanks for the info. I am 2 weeks out VGS and am having a very hard gretting anything down but ice, but the soup thing sounds good for future reference. Good luch and Happy Holidays..
