thoughts/imput??? please

I literally was told by the office that I could NOT have gained any weight between my first and last visit... lol they told me that on the second visit, which I thought was hilarious. hardy. har. I had already been doing low carbs and lost quite a bit of weight, but man, its really a downer to go in on your monthly and KNOW you have bloated with 6-8 pounds of water in the past week, and really had LOST about 5 pounds for the month.
