Short update 3 months out

I am now 3 months out. my surgery date was 12/20/13. HW 315+# SW 265# CW 225# short term goal 200#

 40 pounds lighter as of today . I have not had any complications.

I thank God every day for giving me the opportunity to have had this surgery.

My BP is completely normal, I sleep well now and at my last visit to the neurologist I was able to decrease the amount of air pressure and he says its possible in the next 2 or 3 months to be rid of the cpap  all together( so excited)  My mild incontinence seems to be less and less every week. I have notice a huge difference in the amount of pain in my joints. Even my RA seems to be much milder then b4 surgery. (i am sure that is due to the loss of 40 lbs )

I seem to be moving slower then some of my fellow surgery buddies but i am very happy with the loss i have had so far ( slow and steady wins the race) My stamina is higher then it has been in yrs. I am able to go all day and then do it all over again the next. 

I want to take a moment to thank all the vets for the vast knowledge they share on here with us every day.

Congratulations!  It sounds like you're doing extremely well.  I had surgery one day before you and we're close to the same weight loss.  Keep up the great work!

Thank you . Congratulations to you. today i signed my daughter up for a 5k in may My first as an adult and her fist 5k ever, so  i am so excited. it can only get better  right ?? Keep up the good work
