Yay I did it .

Well I am a little less than 24 hrs out of surgery and so far so good.Hopefully I get to go home today .My surgeon and his staff have been amazing .Anyone considering the surgery and having worry or doubt just know so was I all the way up to yesterday in preop where I wanted to get up and walk out .But my husband and mom talked me out of it and so far I am glad they did .This is the beginning of a new life for me and my family .

I had surgery on Wednesday, the 14th!!  So relieved it is done - told anesthesiologist that if I started crying or screaming no on the way into the OR - just ignore me!!  I must say, the doctors, nurses, and everyone else involved were wonderful.  Everyone treated me with care and respect.  I can't say enough about them.  So happy!
