- There's a Facebook page I just came across: Bariatric Family Friendly Recipes. It's a private group so you have to request an invite. They let me in, so you should be ok. Here's another site: http://www.food.com/recipes/high-protein. These should be helpful.

I just made the most fabulous high protein SF chocolate pudding. Using a VitaMix (or other blender) mix 2 cup milk with 1 scoop chocolate flavored protein powder mix. Add is 1/2 envelope Stevia and 1 tablespoon cocoa too. After this is mixed up, add in SF chocolate pudding mix and mix about one minute longer. Pour in pudding dishes and enjoy. This tasted like the most delicious chocolate mousse. Not too sweet. The chocolate taste was real (and that's because of the additional 1 Tablespoon pure cocoa. Absolutely fabulous!!!
