Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

 Hi Everyone,

I would like to get the Gastric Sleeve surgery. Can anyone tell me if Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield covers it and how long did it take for you to get your approval.

If so, how was your experience with this insurer?

Any help you may have would be greatly appreciated.

Every insurance is different. Call the phone number on the back of the card and ask for the coverage guidelines, they can give you the info over the phone. It should also be in your benefit book, which is usually available online.
