I've asked this before but has anyone had terrible gas and bloating 7 years out from rny.  I'm miserable. I take a probiotic twice a day, gas x and a form of beans.  I have irritatable bowel and will go 2 days with noovement then diarrhea for half a day...anyone else have digestive issues

I hear you. I have the same type of issues. I'm not taking any pro-bionics...maybe I should. I've noticed dairy gives me gas and lately nausea, even the Lactose free milk. Same thing with Soy milk. Peanut butter stops me up bad so I had to lay off that. Sorry I'm no help, but I understand.

I am pretty sure I do have IBS-c.  I cleaned my diet. I avoid most FODMAP foods (google that) and any grains.  I also got checked for food allergies and eliminated foods that I am allergic to. It is tough. But can be done.

Check FODMAP diet.

Keep an eye on foods you're eating.  It took me several years to make the connection of onions giving me horrible diarrhea, and onions were a staple in my seasoning arsenal.  Terriyaki took me by surprise too.

I had my surgery in 2008. Just had a Diverticulitis flair and have IB. Wondering which is causing my gas rumbles?
