Years ago I spent every waking hour reading everything on this site. It has been years since I looked at it.  I am 8 years out and still doing well I lost about 150 pounds and have stayed at my goal of 130 pounds ( 5 ft 7 in) the entire time I am grateful for this journey and for the new "lifestyle" I have I came by to encourage and say hello blessings on your journey

That's awesome that you've done so well at 8 years out! Thank you for coming by and sharing your story. It's always good to hear from long term WLS folks and find out that they're maintaining well and enjoying life.

Congratulations!
