I'm filling out the initial questionnaire and not sure what the difference is between a single incision sleeve and a sleeve gastrectomy. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Terri

Type in "single incision sleeve" on your browser, (google, whatever) and you will see.  :)

I believe it is just the difference in how many incisions they use to get inside to your stomach. The single incision is usually in the belly button and the regular laproscopic entry is 5 small incisions in different spots on the stomach for the different instruments  they need to use. It would be best to ask the surgeon's office to make sure tho.
