Newbie!! Have some questions

I went and seen my doctor today, and she started to fill out the referral form in Windsor, ON.

She is also arranging some tests for me. My BMI is currently at 50.1, I weight 349lbs.

The tests she is arranging are: Upper G.I., Breathing Test, and Sleep Apnea.

Does anyone have any information or suggestions for me? This forum is a great help but there's over 650 pages...It's going to take some time to go through some content. 

I would obviously be going to the Windsor Assesment centre. Has anyone else gone there?
