Why is it that my stomach feels so good when I eat steak and spinach and when I eat chicken, I feel like an extra in the movie Alien? What's up with that?

I can't eat most chicken either.  Just the way my pouch reacts to it.  If I eat it, it must be in tiny pieces and cooked in a soup or stew.  Dry chicken would never stay down for me.

Isn't it? The most "safe" foods just don't sit well sometimes. Chicken is often a challenge, even though I love it so, sometimes it doesn't love me back. lol

Love the quote from MaryJ in your signature - ain't that the truth.

You're not alone...I've always counted on chicken as one of my primary protein sources and now I just can't eat it....another favorite that I can no longer eat is salmon.

Go figure!!!
