Ryn pouch to Sleeve pouch Revision

Hello, I'm almost 3 years postop ryn looking to have a revision. My stomach pouch has grown/ stretched therefore my doctor says I have 2 options additional ryn or ryn pouch cut to sleeve shape pouch. Has any had or have infor for either revision. Is Ryn to sleeve pouch rare?

Wouldn't revision to DS be another option?

Not sure my doc does ds surgery and he says I may lose too much weight. But to be honest I don't know much about either
