Check out the Recipe message board.  There are some really good recipes posted by members.

Here's the results from a Google search so you can check these sites too.

It is simply not possible to answer without knowing which surgery you had, how long ago, which food stage.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Thought my profile had all that info on there but I had gastric bypass in June of 2014. I'm eating whatever I get down.

It may have but if you enter the info into your medical history it will show on your posts so people can answer without having to go and find out. I'll leave others to answer as I am not bypassed. Best wishes.

You may experience this regardless of the best of food ideas.  I got the "meh" reaction to food for a good 9 months

How far out from surgery are you? That can make such a difference.Eggface is a good website to check out. Greek yogurt is always a good thing to eat already measured.

If you like different meats I would get yourself a crock pot it makes meals so easy.

I ordered two cookbooks..."Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook for Dummies" and "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery". Both offer wisdom and recipes that have helped me see what's possible.
