Of course it's real. But keep to plan right now...focus on hydration.

I'll bet that if you count up all the calories you've taken in since surgery, it'll be less that you're accustomed to eating in a DAY. Of course you're hungry!

I'm almost 11 years out from my DS, and in all that time there have been very, VERY few days when I didn't experience hunger at some point. Hunger is your body's way of telling you the fuel tank is getting empty. It is OH so normal!

I counted the calories and you are correct!  Im 10 days out and Im abour 1000 calories! That use to be breakfast and my frozen coffee! Thank you for your response! Thank you for letting me be normal!

Hey, I don't know about anybody else, but *I* had WLS to be normal. (*grin*)
