What exactly do you see on the class? I went out of the country for my surgery, I am wondering if I have all information I need for the long term. I had a band so am pretty familiar but still cannot be too informed.
In the class/info session you were given a booklet outlining what you could have to eat for the first 7 days then the next three weeks, etc...meal plans for your journey.
