CareFirst BCBS MD - Does anyone know which Blue Distinction Center in MD does not require...

I heard that not all Blue Distinction Centers require the extensive documentation if you can prove that you have been obese for a long time. Does anyone know which ones? I'm considering Dr. Averbach in MD, unless I hear about other options.
