Interesting NSV

Got together with a friend this afternoon. She said and I paraphrase..... "Mary, you look so different but then you start laughing and talking with me and I KNOW it's you!"

Lol, I can't wait to hear stuff like this.

Congratulations!!  This is a powerful NSV, and the feeling of good cheer doesn't go away.  I am 10 years out and still can't get enough congrats from friends noting my weightloss.
