EAS PROTEIN

I was at work today and spotted EAS fruit protein Strawberry banana, will be having surgery on 12-29 and was wondering has anyone had this protein before?

The smoothie powder?  I personally wouldn't use it .. the carbs (11g) are higher than the protein (10g) I was advised by my bariatric team to try and keep the protein/carb ratio to 3/1 

Ok thank you, I'm going to need some more protein powder and was trying to get something new!

I'm not sure what you are using now but many places offer sample packets so you can try them out before committing to buying a tub of it
