Technical question. Where do I turn on email alerts when someone replys to one of my...

I must have turned it off somehow and now I can't figure out how to start it again.  I have to search around and find each of my posts to so I don't appear rude by not answering back!

Hi Beth,

Click on your user name in the upper right hand corner

Click settings

Contact Preferences

Make sure the following is checked and then save

Email from ObesityHelp Members

Allow members to contact me via email on my profile (your address is always hidden from the public, regardless of your choice)   Also, make sure the emails are not going in the spam folder and that OH is an approved site.  If you continue to have issues, let us know at [email protected]

I haven't received any emails when people respond to posts for MONTHS, despite having put in several trouble reports.  It stinks but I have just accepted that I won't ever get them again.  And no, they are NOT going into my junk folder.

Our Tech Team was under the impression it was fixed. This is the first we have heard it's still an issue.  Can you email me please at [email protected] with your email address?  Did you notice you were getting them and then they stopped?

Just to say that I have no problem at all now. As far as I can tell, I get all notifications of posts to my threads, replies to individual posts and new PMs.
