In need of good (no taste) protein powder I can mix in to my coffee.

I make a large omelette with ham and cheese every three days or so. I portion it out to three servings in separate containers so I can reheat it in the microwave. If you like wraps, I found Joseph's pita bread and flatbread to be low in carbs, so sometimes I put my omelette in those for a treat.

Thank you for the ideas!  I think the egg omelette idea is great.  I never thought of that.  Much appreciated for all the help and advice...  Could not have been so successful without my 'family' here!  Have a wonderful day!

Use a scoop of dried nonfat milk.  8 grams of protein, blends easily into hot liquid, no problem.

I never thought of that!  Good to know...  I thought about putting heavy cream (just a little) to get the protein but that is a lot of fat. Thank you!

I use one of the scoops from my protein powders to measure, and I use a full scoop of nf dried milk to a tall coffee mug.  12 oz (??)  I think.  YMMV
