Does anybody know of a site or store that will let you sample their protein powder? I've heard gnc but when I went there they said only if it's a same day for that brand. And their brand that they suggested was awful.

Purchase the sample pack from syntrax. They have a ton of flavors that they send out. You can find the ones you like and then buy a tub of it.

Prior to my surgery I googled bariatric supplements and protein sources and I emailed individual manufacturers and distributors requesting free samples....I received lots of different free samples...vitamins, protein powders, calcium chews, etc.

nashuanutrition.com sells samples for 1.95 each - type protein powder samples in their search box.  Brands include:  Bariatric Advantage, Bariatric Fusion, Celebrate, Chike, Click, Syntrax.  I tried several, including the Syntrax Nectars.  I also use PB2 and various sugar-free syrups from Torani and Davinci to flavor shakes.  Eggface has loads of shake recipes on her site.

You can get sample packets from unjury.com of all their flavors.  I highly recommend the Chocolate Splendor and Chicken Soup.

UNJURY.COM  I agree with Tracy. . . the chicken soup is to die for, the chocolate splendor is divine and the unflavored is universal.  Just don't mix with anything over 140 degrees. . . very lumpy.  Unjury has a started pack that has samples, a thermometer, a bottle.
