Looking for a surgeon in the Houston area that accepts medicaid

As you may have found this one is a challenge.  We tried to maintain a list but with it changing daily we gave up.  That being said here is a link to a list of surgeons in your area.  Read the profiles and reviews and if you find a few that look interesting to you, give the office a call and see if they take your insurance.

Surgeons in the Houston TX area

Call the number on the back of your Medicaid card and verify if they cover WLS, if so, what procedures and if there are any pre-surgery qualifications you have to meet.  Ask for a list of surgeons in your area that take your insurance.  Don't let them tell you there is not a list as they surgeons have to apply and get approved for the surgery before they can get paid. So there is a list!
