LLQ Pressure, 8 days Post-op VSG

good evening! I'm having some pressure in my left lower quadrant of my abdomen. It's super low, like where I think my left ovary should be, but I'm really not sure. I don't notice it all of the time. Mostly when I'm laying in bed. I have absolutely no pain. Is this concerning? Thank you everyone!
