Has anyone tried the Quest Protein Powder?  I just tried the banana cream, salted carmel and peanut butter. While I liked all three I have to say that I loved the Banana cream. These are low carb, with 22 grams of protein and 100 calories. They tasted great mixed in 8oz cold water. I like to put them in my ninja and add some ice.  Yummy.

I almost bought some the other day, but unfortunately it's not all the correct protein.  They list it as a protein "blend" with casein as one of the components. It's basically worthless to us, and there's no way of knowing how much is casein and what the real usable protein count is.

I stuck to Unjury for the first few months post-op since it's 100% whey protein isolate, but now that I routinely get over 80g of protein a day from food and really only use shakes for convenience (i.e., I don't rely on them to get my daily protein), I've started drinking some of the Quest ones. The three you bought are the three I buy too -- the PB is my fave! They're yummy and filling, but being a protein blend, I wouldn't suggest them unless you're already meeting your protein goal without them.

I use IsoFlex protein which is all usable protein and research-backed.  I get it at HealthNutz or on Amazon.  I like the mint chocolate or chocolate-peanut butter.
