When does this happen? I mean, is there a specific type of food that causes this for you? Is it all sugars? Dairy products?

It's really hard to say from what you wrote. But if you are merely "experiencing symptoms," it's not dumping. If you were dumping, you'd be curled up on the floor hoping for a quick death.

Without knowing more, and considering you are 2.5 years out, I would guess reactive hypoglycemia. But tell us more so we can help.

Reactive hypoglycemia is common in RNY after a few years. Google it and see if that describes what you are experiencing.
