We take a Christmas picture every year at my parents house on Christmas year and then we have the albums out and look at them - my brother has a ton of kids and it's neat to look at them through the years. Looking at my album last night was like a slap in the face. All I could think was holy **** thank god I had surgery!!

He fluctuates by about 10 or so pounds but he's always 6'4 so he's got same range!

You do look beautiful in both pictures but the first picture could be of your mother - you look dramatically younger now! So vibrant, so happy! An amazing difference. You've worked so hard and you deserve to recognize that progress. YAY MELINDA!

I didn't realize I had lost so much of my face when I was larger. I just had no idea until I looked at last year's photo. I was kind of shocked when I saw it!
