needing to get back on track

The Adipex really helps me because it gives me energy to get up and get things done. Only problem is I find myself not eating at all. Then the evening gets here and I want to pig out. I have to remind myself in the afternoon to eat. My insurance does not cover the pills I think they are around $35 for a month's prescription. 

I am taking Bariatric Advantage Ultra Multi Formula with Iron and Bariatric Advantage Chewable Iron-60 They are nasty but I know I have to take them. My Iron level was at 3 they were going to have to give me an iron transfusion. Once I started taking the Bariatric Advantage brand vitamins my levels started to get better. The over the counter vitamins does not have the amounts we need. I order them online.
